Ordering Items from RentalResult NOTE: You will need a license to order from the RentalResult Portal. If you do not have a login/pw, please go to Swinerton Support and submit a ticket. NOTE: Category Rules - Make sure you have the correct phase code/category combination on your job before ordering the items 71170 = Items owned by Swinerton that you are renting 71120 = Items NOT owned by Swinerton that you are renting through the yard. (Example: Forklift that the yard is renting through United Rentals and billing the project for) 71130 = Consumable items that will get used up during the duration of the project. (Example: Gloves, Shovels) *Although if still usable at the end of the project please return to the yard. STEP 1: After searching, choose the item you want. STEP 2: Enter how many you need STEP 3: Enter your project # NOTE: you can search by clicking the magnifying glass STEP 4: Choose the Phase code STEP 5: Choose the Category STEP 6: Choose the date/time you need the item delivered by STEP 7: Choose the date/time you anticipate you will be done with the item and will need it picked up STEP 8: Add any additional instructions (if needed) STEP 9: Click Add to my rental cart STEP 10: Make sure the shipping address is correct STEP 11: Add your name STEP 12: Add your Phone number STEP 13: Choose to add more items OR Save the order but don't submit it yet (you may need to come back to it) OR Save and Submit to yard. It is only have the Save and Submit that your Yard Manager is alerted. STEP 14: You will get this message and it will also email you the confirmation

Running the Project Inventory Report Note: If run on a regular basis, you will always know what equip/tools are on your project and what you are being billed for. This report will also allow for some forecasting of equip/tools STEP 1: Log into Rental Result Portal STEP 2: Click Reporter (upper Right hand corner) STEP 3: Click Launch STEP 4: Enter Your Job # STEP 5: Click Launch Report Note: Once the data comes in STEP 6: Click Export Results STEP 7: Click Excel Comma-Separated Values (.csv) STEP 8: Click Export STEP 9: Click Open Note: Once you open it, I suggest you do a Save As and make it and Excel Workbook rather than keeping as a .csv Understanding the Calculations Note: The report is meant to show ALL rentals for a specific job so you may want to filter by On Rent / Off Rent / Sales, depending on what you are looking for Column M: Date the billing started for a specific item Column N: Current date you have anticipated it to be picked up. This date can be extended via the App or the Portal. It will be important that you keep this updated so the calculations will allow you to forecast correctly Column O: Quantity Delivered Column P: Quantity you are being billed for Column Q: As per the current On/Off Dates this calculation is (Column W + Column Z + Column AC) Note: Rental Result finds the Best Rate so it will look to your On/Off Rent Dates and tell you how many Days (Column W)/Weeks (Column Z)/Months (Column AC) gives you the Best Rate Column R: Shows what you have currently paid Column S: Shows what is left to bill (Column Q - Column R)

Updating the Phase code for items On Rent STEP 1: Click Equipment List to see all items STEP 2: Click Select box next to the items you want to change the Phase code for STEP 3: Click Update project details STEP 4: Click Select STEP 5: Click Allocate Costs STEP 6: Enter/Choose the new Phase code (Sub Code) a. Type in the phase code*category and click tab b. Click the magnifying glass and search for the phase code or phase desc c. Click Select for the one you want to change it to STEP 7: Choose the date you want the change to start STEP 8: Choose the time you want the change to start STEP 9: Click Ok STEP 10: Confirm your decision

Confirming receipt of 3rd Party Rental STEP 1: Click Receive Re-Rent STEP 2: Select the item you are receiving STEP 3: Click Auto Receive STEP 4: Select the item STEP 5: Click Add lines STEP 6: Enter Equipment number STEP 7: Click Confirm Auto Receipt STEP 8: Click Continue Note: It is now showing On Rent and you can request it off rent just like anything else

Portal - Adding RentalResult to Home Screen (iPad) NOTE: You will need a license to order from the RentalResult Portal. If you do not have a login/password, please go to your yard manager and they will request a license for you. NOTE: Email this URL to yourself and open on your iPad: https://rr-swinerton-001.rentalresultsaas.com:18030/result-jsp/ OR Click on to get to the website. NOTE: Before you login to RentalResult, you will need to add the site to your iPad's home screen. STEP 1: Click on the Share button (to the right of the URL). STEP 2: Click on Add to Home Screen. STEP 3: Rename the App RR-YardEquip (do not use spaces). STEP 4: Click Add. The RentalResult App is now on the home screen of your iPad.
