How to connect to ClickShare using Android Device Before you begin please download and install the Clickshare app. You can install it by using your phone's "Scan QR Code" feature and scanning the code to the right. Or manually navigating to the Google Play Store from your phone to download the app is another option. There are three simple steps to take: First, connect your Android device (phone or tablet) to your ClickShare Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings, then Wi-Fi > select “ClickShare-XXX” from the network list Login using the default password clickshare Next, open the app and select content from your android device. You can select documents or photos from your device Scroll through photos, annotate, erase and save annotations You can share your camera view, or take a screenshot to share You can zoom If you have a 3 or 4G internet connection you can share online content via a browser or link to your cloud drives, such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive and select content stored there Finally, click the virtual button to share the content with the meeting room display If prompted, confirm the base unit you want to use. If more than one person is sharing their screen, you can take over the whole meeting room display, by pressing the virtual button for 2 seconds. Tap again at any time to stop sharing If PIN code security is switched ON for your Base Unit, you will have to enter a PIN code before you can share using the app – you’ll see the PIN on the meeting room display. If you want to screen mirror your android device, do the following: On your android device, Tap screen mirroring > Tap Virtual button > Select your Base Unit and everything displayed on your device is shared over the meeting room display. To stop mirroring go back to the app and tap the virtual button.

How to connect to ClickShare using iOS device On iOS devices, you can mirror your screen to your ClickShare app by following these steps: Connect to the Base Units Wi-Fi (default is ClickShare-xxx or the meeting room name). Go to Settings, then Wi-Fi and select “ClickShare-XXX” from the network list Login using the default password clickshare Next, Swipe down from top right corner of the screen to open Control Center and click the Screen Mirroring button. Select your ClickShare Base Unit. 4. Your screen will now be mirrored to your ClickShare, press home button to access icons from home screen. You can select documents or photos from your device If you have a 3 or 4G internet connection you can share online content via a browser or link to your cloud drives, such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive and select content stored there

How to use extended desktop mode with ClickShare This functionality requires the installation of the ClickShare Extension Pack, which is available for Windows under Software Center. Open Software Center by going to your start button and typing Software Center. Find the “Barco ClickShare Extension Pack” under your “Applications” tab. Click it then the “Install” button. On your Windows PC, insert the ClickShare Button or use the ClickShare Desktop App to connect to the Base Unit Inserting the ClickShare Button should launch the ClickShare App on the Button's mass storage. In case this does not happen automatically, go to the Button's mass storage and start the executable manually. In the ClickShare App, click on the "quick menu" in the top right corner. In the dropdown menu that will appear, select the "Extended Desktop" option When doing so, the extended desktop sign will appear on the corner of the virtual Button (white circle on the right) in the ClickShare App Press the (virtual) ClickShare Button to share your extended desktop to the main display.

Connecting Your Mobile Device or PC to ClickShare Base Unit (Through Wi-Fi) This functionality requires the installation of the ClickShare App on your device. Scan the QR code or click here 1. Connecting to ClickShare base unit Wi-Fi can be required when seeking to: share content from your mobile devices share from your PC when you are on a non-networked device while wanting access to the base unit's web configurator. 2. Find the base unit’s Wi-Fi name (aka the SSID). By default, the SSID on the ClickShare device will be shown in the information boxes of the default splash screen (seen in the image below) or in the top left corner (when a custom wallpaper has been configured). When unchanged, the default SSID is "ClickShare-". If this does not work or if this information is not displaying, please contact BTech Service Desk at 866-647-5200 for assistance. 3. Connect to the base unit's Wi-Fi. On your PC, go to Internet access settings (the Wi-Fi icon is in your tool bar near the date and time display) "lower right corner of monitor" select “Wi-Fi” and select the base unit’s SSID from the network list. 4. login to your ClickShare Base Unit Wi-Fi. The default password is clickshare By default, the SSID (label 1), Wired IP (label 2), and Wireless IP (label 3) information on a ClickShare device can be found on the splash screen (pictured on right) displayed on the meeting room’s screen. 5. Once connected to the ClickShare Wi-Fi, the next step is to provide the ClickShare passcode shown on the ClickShare wallpaper. You will enter the passcode on your screen. 6. ClickShare is ready to use (ClickShare circle icon button will appear on the device screen).
