Downloading the App on an Apple Device - Video Available HERE STEP 1: Go to the App Store on your device. STEP 2: Search for SwinApp in the App Store. STEP 3: Download the app. STEP 3: Open the app. STEP 4: Click the Login button. STEP 5: Enter your Swinerton User ID. STEP 6: Enter your Swinerton Password. NOTE: Password reset instructions can be found HERE. STEP 7: Click Yes to stay signed in. STEP 8: Click Allow for SwinApp to send you Notifications.

SwinApp - Top FAQ's - Q: "I didn’t receive an email invite" A: Let the customer know which email account to check for their activation email. As a reminder, the customer can reset their Swinerton password HERE. Q: "I got a new iPhone and I’m trying to download the app, but the App store says I already redeemed the code (iOS only)" A: Ask the customer to open the App Store on your phone > click on your profile circle (top right) > Purchased > My purchases > look for the SwinApp app and download it from there.
