Q: "I didn’t receive an email invite"
A: Let the customer know which email account to check for their activation email. As a reminder, the customer can reset their Swinerton password HERE.
Q: "I got a new iPhone and I’m trying to download the app, but the App store says I already redeemed the code (iOS only)"
A: Ask the customer to open the App Store on your phone > click on your profile circle (top right) > Purchased > My purchases > look for the SwinApp app and download it from there.
