Scheduling Vacation/Away Time in Wrike - 1. In Wrike, click on your Profile in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 2. Click on Settings. 3. In the left hand menu, click Work Schedule. 4. Click on the date or date range that you will be unavailable (vacation, conference, etc.) and chose the appropriate category. NOTE: This is an important step in the resource management aspect of Wrike. Scheduling your days away will update your availability to get your total scheduled work done. As you see below, marking days off block them off in the Workload space, indicating no work will be completed that day. 5. Click on your Profile in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 6. Click on Go to Workspace to return to Wrike.

Updating Personal Work Schedules in Wrike - 1. In Wrike, click on your Profile in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 2. Click on Settings. 3. In the left hand menu, click Work Schedule. 4. Click Change Work Schedule. 5. Choose the number of hours of productivity to be scheduled each work day (see below). Contributor - 5 Hour Wrike Schedule Sr Contributor - 4 Hour Wrike Schedule Manger - 3 Hour Wrike Schedule Director - 1 Hour Wrike Schedule 6. Click Change Work Schedule. 7. Click on your Profile in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 8. Click on Go to Workspace to return to Wrike.
