Setup a Delegate to Answer Calls (Call Forwarding) for Front Desk Accounts
Setup a Delegate to Answer Calls (Call Forwarding) - There are three ways to set up a delegate to answer a call (aka call forwarding) when the receptionist is away. NOTE: If setting up a delegate to answer the front desk phone, the login credentials for the front desk account will be needed. 1. The easiest way is via Mobile App: Simply log in to the front desk account on a mobile device and set up the call forwarding. HERE is how to setup call forwarding from a mobile device. 2. Log into the Front Desk Account on the web using an Incognito page Due to Swinerton's Single-Sign-On process, when attempting to log into Teams via the web, a user will automatically be logged into their personal Teams account. By opening an incognito tab and using the Front Desk credentials, it is easy to update the delegate list. HERE is how to setup call forwarding from a web browser. 3. Log into the Front Desk Account on a Swinerton Computer Log in using the front desk account credentials. Open the Teams application and modify the delegate list from the application. HERE is how to setup a delegate through the Teams application.
