Or just use Teams on the web at https://teams.microsoft.com Installing the Microsoft Teams Desktop App Follow the instructions below to install the Microsoft Teams Desktop App onto your computer.  Once installed, it is recommended you leave the app open all day to ensure you see notifications from your team members. STEPS TO INSTALL TEAMS 1. Close Outlook  2. Click HERE   3. Select "Download for desktop"   4. Select "Download Teams for work on your Desktop"     5. The install package will drop down in the lower-right-corner of your screen, click it to launch the installation     6. Before launching and logging into Teams for the first time, re-launch Outlook

Pinning Teams App to Taskbar Follow the instructions below to pin the Teams App to your taskbar (bar at the bottom or side of your screen).  It is recommended you leave the App open all day on your taskbar to ensure you receive notifications. STEP 1: Once you have the Teams App downloaded onto your computer, right click on the App from your desktop. Click Pin to taskbar STEP 2: You will see the app is now on your taskbar STEP 3: Click on the Teams app to open it. That way the app will be open all day and you will receive notifications via the app.

Checking for teams Open the start menu and check for “Microsoft Teams” under M in the applications list Or use the Windows search function to search for “Teams” If not found, follow the steps to install Teams from Software Center 

Below are instructions to uninstall/reinstall Teams.  UNINSTALL TEAMS 1. Click Windows icon to open the Start Menu 2. Scroll down to Microsoft Teams 3. Right-click and select Uninstall INSTALL TEAMS 1. Close all other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, IE and/or Edge browsers, etc...) 2. Click URL https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app 3. Select "Download for desktop"   4. In the Download Teams for work on your Desktop window, select "Download Teams"     5. The install package will drop down in the lower-right-corner of your screen, click it to launch the installation 6. Restart your computer 7. Once logged back in, launch Teams and your other Microsoft applications
