Enter a Safety Checklist into CMiC
__________ Introduction Overview of how to create a new classic Safety Checklist. Note: If your job was already using Checklists prior to July 13, 2024 then you will continue to use the classic Checklists. Otherwise, you'll want to follow the steps for creating new Project Checklists here. __________ Steps 1: Click the Site Management button 2: Click the Safety Check List link 3: Click the Add button 4: In the Header, add the Created Date (required) and add general comments in the Comments field. 5: All Items in the WEEKLY SAFETY checklist area MUST be addressed as Y = Reviewed, N=Not Reviewed or NA=Not Reviewed, otherwise the checklist cannot be saved 6: Comments can be added regarding specific items 7: Add Expected completion or follow up Dates. Click the Save button To add an Attachment: 8: Click the Attachments link. 9: Click the Upload Multiple button. 10: Click the Choose Files button, locate your file on your computer and add it 11: Click the Desired Document to attach item. 12: Check off the box for the file(s) you want to add. 13: Click Upload. 14: Click Proceed ADD NOTE: 15: Click the Notes tab 16: Click the Add Note button. 17: Enter the desired information into the Notes field. Enter a valid value e.g. "Add a Note". 18: Click the Submit button. 19: Verify the note has been added.

How to Add a New EIFS Checklist
__________ Introduction Overview of how to create a new classic EIFS Checklist. Note: If your job was already using Checklists prior to July 13, 2024 then you will continue to use the classic Checklists. Otherwise, you'll want to follow the steps for creating new Project Checklists here. Note: One EIFS Checklist will need to be completed for every EIFS project. It is a continual checklist and a means of communication with the Risk and Quality Management teams. __________ Steps 1: Click the Site Management button 2: Click the Checklist button 3: Click the EIFS Checklist link 4: Click the Add button 5: Add Created Date. 6: Add general comments in the Comments field. 7: All Items in the EIFS checklist area MUST be addressed a. As the line item is completed on the project the as Y = Reviewed, N=Not Reviewed or NA=Not Reviewed line must be updated. b. Comments are required as the EIFS process is being completed on the project. Reports will be sent the the QM and Risk Teams to track the projects progress. c. The completion date for each line item needs to be entered. 8: Click the Save button. Using New Project Checklists on Your Job
__________ Introduction Overview of how to assign new Project Checklists to your job in CMiC. Note: If your job already had Checklists added to it prior to July 13, 2024 then there is no need to add new Project Checklists to it. You can continue to access and use the classic Checklists through the new interface and mobile app. __________ Steps 1: On the treeview navigate to Site Management 2: Click on Project Checklists 3: If there are existing Project Checklists they will show up in a list here. Otherwise, click Create Checklist in the top, right-hand corner. 4. Choose the checklist type you would like and click it. For this example we'll use Safety. 5. On the General tab set the responsible person, type of Safety checklist, and add any supporting attachments. 6. Click on the menu button in the top, right-hand corner, then click Save. 7. Your new Safety Checklist now shows up in the list. When you are ready to run through it, click it to open. 8. Once open, click the Checklist tab at top, then begin answering the necessary questions. 9. On any question you can click the icons to add an attachment, add a note, or link an existing Issue. 10. If you need to save and come back to finish the checklist later, click the menu in the top, right-hand corner once more and click Save. Otherwise, if you are good to submit the checklist, click Submit. 11. If you need to email the checklist as a report, or send a direct link to it, you can find these options by opening up the checklist and clicking on the menu button in the top, right-hand corner once more.
