Can I resend a User's email invitation?
Yes, you can...BUT only if the User has NOT already accepted their invitation. If the User has already accepted the invitation, but the User has forgotten their password and cannot login to the LaborChart platform, then they will need to use the Forgot Password workflow found HERE. To see if a User has accepted their User invitation, go to the People Page and either type in the person's name in the search box, or apply the filter Person Type Matches User. Anyone who has not accepted their invite will have a exclamation point next to the user icon (silhouette). To resend the invite to a User, go to their Details Page and click on the blue Send button. Once you have clicked the Send button it will turn to gray in color, indicating that the invite has been sent.

How can I view all my Users and their Permission levels?
Anyone with login credentials to LaborChart is a User. To see your Users, navigate to the Group you want to search and go to the People Page. Once you are on the People Page, apply the filter labeled Person Type = User. This will display the people in your account who are Users and have login credentials to your LaborChart account. People with access to your LaborChart account will have a silhouette icon beside their name (see below image). The silhouette icon indicates that the person can login to LaborChart. Their level of access will be determined by their permission. To quickly see your User's Permission level, go to the column selector and add Permission as an active column. Below is an example of Users in an account, including Permission Level.

How do I unlock a User's account?
Too many failed attempts to login to LaborChart will result in a locked account, rendering the user unable to login. In this situation, one of your company's Admin Users will need to unlock your account. To unlock a user's account: Navigate to the person's details page Click the Unlock User button located beneath their profile picture A warning modal will populate, asking you to confirm the unlocking of their account. Click Unlock Once the account is unlocked, it is highly recommended that the afflicted user change their password. This can be done through the Forgot My Password workflow on the login page, as well as under the My Profile tab within the Settings Page.
