BIM 360 Adjusting Duplicate Companies in Field (Classic) and Docs How To Change Partners w/ “DUPLICATE” The integration to add CMiC Business Partners to Autodesk has begun! You will see the term  “DUPLICATE – Company Name (Do Not Use)” Added to the name of the company. This indicates that the company name you are using is incorrect and is a duplicate. You will need to swap to the original company on your project in BIM 360 Docs & Field Classic. To do this, follow the steps below: Autodesk BIM 360 Docs: 1.Review any duplicate company on your member's list for your project 2.Swap the duplicate company to the original company for each member(s) on your project BIM 360 Field (Classic): 1.Add the original company to the project 2.Change their members to the original company 3.Sort for their outstanding issues  4.Group-edit all their issues to the original company 5.Remove the duplicate from the project! Note: If your sub is doing dailies in the system, they will still have access to previously published ones (as will you). Any previously published dailies that noted the duplicate sub will remain as when they were published. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to your local Division Quality Manager!
