Outlook Overview A Calendar can be shared with you. One way, is submitting a request to have the Calendar shared with you using Outlook. Steps to Perform From within Outlook, navigate to the calendars section. Up top, click Share Calendar In the window that pops up, select the user you’re requesting from using the TO: box Check the box “Request permissions to view recipient’s calendar” Uncheck the box “Allow recipient to view your calendar” (unless you want them to see your calendar too) Click Send The recipient will receive an email with your request, see below for how to process that email.Once the allow the request you can then add the calendar like normal.
