Overview

• Steps to Start a Live Transcription in Microsoft Teams.
• There are three options for who can record and transcribe a meeting:
  1. Organizers and co-organizers
  2. Organizers, co-organizers and presenters
  3. No one
• When you record a meeting, transcription starts automatically.

Steps to Perform

(To start a live transcription only)

1. Within Teams, click the More actions icon in your meeting controls.
   
   

2. Click the Record and transcribe icon.
   
   

3. Click the Start transcription icon.
   
   

4. Confirm the language everyone is speaking in the meeting.
   
   

5. Click Confirm.
