Overview

Google Chrome has a wide variety of settings that can be customized to suit your requirements and preferences.

Steps to Perform

Check and Configure the Notifications settings:
1. Open Chrome
2. Navigate to URL: chrome://settings/content/notifications
3. In the Default Behavior section:
  - Select the option: Don't allow sites to send notifications
4. In the Customize behaviors, under Allowed to send notifications:
  - Remove any unknown websites
    1. On the applicable line, click the ellipsis.
    2. Click Remove
Check and configure the Pop-Ups and redirects settings:
- Open Chrome
- Navigate to URL: chrome://settings/content/popups
- In the Default Behavior section:
  - Select the option: Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects
- In the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects section:
  - Note: CMIC and Workday may be listed and is normal.
  - Remove any unknown sites
    1. On the applicable line, click the ellipsis.
    2. Click Remove
