How to Submit a Ticket Directly to the Integrations Queue via Email


Purpose

  • This article provides instructions for submitting a ticket directly to the Integrations team using email for faster handling.


Steps to Submit a Ticket

  1. Open your email client
  2. Send an email to the correct address
    1. Submit your support ticket by sending an email to: techsupport@swinerton.com
    2. Include [Integrations] in the subject line
      • To ensure that your ticket is routed directly to the Integrations queue, include the keyword [Integrations] in the subject line of the email.
        • This will help prioritize your request.
      • Example Subject:
        [Integrations] XYZ Issue

  3. You can create a brand new email or forward an email with associated conversation and attachments.
