• HTML offers the ability to add Alternate Text to an image.

Freshservice's built-in HTML Editor

1. Click the applicable image.
   
   
   
2. Click the Alternate Text button.
   
   
   
3. Add the applicable Alternate Text.
   
   
   
4. Click Update.
