Please note that unless your specific JV contract requires it (not currently part of our JV template) you do not need to create a separate domain/profile in Building Connected.  You can use the Swinerton account and just add your project as usual.

However, we understand that as part of being good partners, you may want to take this extra step.  

Please note that there will be a cost to having BTech purchase the domain.  

Please make sure you do this via the Domain Request via the Service Support team so that Swinerton maintains the ownership of all data.
