Updating your Unknown Actual Assets

Note: If the asset you requested comes into FMW as Unknown, go to your Asset Request form and have it open so you can copy and paste the desc.
STEP 1: Jot down the asset number showing as Unknown
STEP 2: Click Modeling icon
STEP 3: Click on the Items List icon for IT-Asset
STEP 4: Click the Binoculars
STEP 5: They in the asset number you need to change
STEP 6: Click Find
STEP 7: Update the Item Description here
STEP 8: Click Save
Note: Go Back to Actuals and Projections and find your phase and you will notice the desc. has been updated
STEP 9: Update the numbers from the Planned Asset up to the Actual Asset
STEP 10: Click on the Planned Asset Row
STEP 11: Click Delete Row
STEP 12: Click Save
