Documenting how to extract an estimate from our Sage Estimating Archive to be used in Destini.

Step 1: Log onto Server

Using Remote Desktop Connection log onto the Sage01 server

Step 2: Launch Sage 21.1

Double Click to launch Sage 21.1

Step 3: Find Estimate

Go to File> Open Estimate

Use the search window to find the correct estimate.

Once you have found it, select it and click ok, this should open the estimate.

Step 4: Run Sage to Destini Report

Once the estimate is open, navigate to Advanced> List> Sage to Destini Export

Make sure Macros is enabled.

Select Report export settings needed, if in doubt just select the defaults and Render Export.

Email Excel Report to user and process is complete.
