Groups for Job Start Workflow

Groups for Job Start Workflow:

We are utilizing the following groups in the Job Start workflow:

Boomi_Flow_Admins_BP - Users assigned to this AD group can view all open approvals (including all other users) and FYIs. This is Admin level visibility access.
Boomi_Flow_JIP_Submitters - Users assigned to this AD group can view/use the "Save & Submit" button on the JIP page.

However, if individuals only need access to review and approve their own notifications on the Boomi Approvals Dashboard, they do not require any specific group (AD group). They can access the dashboard without such a requirement.

For those users who do not wish to see all the approvers (who is already in Boomi_Flow_Admins_BP group), kindly request the Service Desk team to remove them from the Boomi_Flow_Admins_BP group in their AD account. This action will limit their visibility to only their own notifications on the Boomi Approvals Dashboard.
