How to Submit a Ticket Using "Simon Says"

  1. Open Notepad and Copy Text from the Simon Says Note.

  2. Open Email you want to use as ticket and Forward to Tech Support. 
    • Subject line should explain the issue (becomes ticket name).

  3. Paste text from Notepad in the body of the email.


  4. Status and Office Location need to be updated.

  5. Click Send

  6. Check Freshservice to confirm the email was sent.
