BTech Change Process - Checking the Status of a Change Request -

NOTE: It is also possible to view the status of Changes requested by others HERE.

STEP 1: Go to https://support.swinerton.com/

STEP 2: Click Changes.

STEP 3: Here you will be able to see the list of Change Requests that have been submitted along with their current status.

STEP 4: Simply open any of the Change Request items to view communications regarding the Change Request.

ie: If you wish to communicate with the assigned agent or to view any communications from the assigned agent.
