Snagit Not Working After Windows 11 Upgrade

With the newest Windows 11 update, they are forcing print screen to bind with Snipping Tool. This is something we are currently investigating how to continue to allow Snagit to override this option. For now, could you please do the following to fix the issue:

1. Navigate to the Windows 11 Settings by searching on the Windows Search Bar

2. Click on Accessibility on the left pane.

3. Choose Keyboard

4. Scroll down to the Print screen section.

5. See if the "Use the Print screen key to open Snipping Tool" slider is on or off.

6. If it's on, turn it off, restart your computer and test again please.
