Workforce Planning Initial Invitation
LaborChart is now Workforce Planning. To begin logging into Procore to access Workforce Planning (WFP) follow the steps provided. You will receive an email invite that looks similar to the image below. Click Accept Invitation to set a password for the new login. NOTE: This can be the same password you use for LaborChart.
Create a password, it can be the same password that you were using in LaborChart.
Click Back to Login to access Workforce Planning please navigate to https://login.procore.com and enter email and password that you setup.
Select the Company “Swinerton Builders – HQ”
Once logged into Procore for the first time, you will need to select a company. Look for and click on Swinerton Builders – HQ.
Select the team you work on.
A resource pop up will appear where you can learn more about the tool or click Jump right in to enter the software.
Once Logged in for the first time click on Company Tools in the top menu and click on Workforce Planning.
(Note: Click the “star” left of Workforce Planning so it turns yellow to add to Favorites List and get to Workforce planning in one click.)
The Workforce Planning features are all the same from LaborChart.
What will change if I currently use LaborChart?
- The name is changing from “LaborChart” to “Workforce Planning.”

The login URL will change from login.laborchart.com to app.procore.com.
- The trigger for this login change will be an email confirmation and set password in the Procore environment that will be sent out before March 31st.
- Group (Division) selection in Procore Workforce Planning moved to the right side of the screen. See below image.
- Settings is now a gear cog icon left of Workforce Planning in the upper left corner, where in LaborChart you click on your profile icon in upper right and click Settings.
We Are Only Using Procore for the Workforce Planning Tool
While Procore offers a suite of project management tools, currently, we will not be using Procore for anything but the Workforce planning tool.
Will the LaborChart Mobile App change?
Nothing is changing to the LaborChart mobile app. The Mobile app will still be called LaborChart, and the username and password will not change. (NOTE: If you change your Procore Workforce Planning Password, it is recommended to change the password to your LaborChart mobile app so that it matches Workforce Planning.) Use the Forgot Password on the mobile app to update the password.
