WorkMax Craft Labor Transfer Requests

Description: Completing craft labor transfers, it allows us to move the costs from one job to the another in case the employee charged to the wrong job.

Exceptions: Terminated employees, costs prior to 2019 and costs that happened after union raise. When either of these are involved, you must notify the accountant to move the costs.

If Any certified payroll jobs are involved please notify Craft Services, we will need to edit the LCP tracker reports.

Schedule:

Requests submitted Monday – Thursday will be processed the following week with regular payroll and posted Wednesday of that week.

Requests submitted Friday’s will be posted no later than the following Wednesday. See calendar below for example.

*Note: If time permits, Friday requests may post during the upcoming payroll schedule.
