Gallagher Report 

No need to keep a separate excel spreadsheet, you can run this report and send it to Gallagher. 

How the Report pulls the information:

• The report pulls all subcontracts (Pending or In Process)
• The report pulls the Contact Name that is marked as the Primary Contact in Project Partner/Contact Directory (They also have to have a PM Role and since they are all subcontractors, they should all have the Role SUBRFI)

If you are finding that addresses are not showing, please check the contact and make sure they are the primary contact and that they have a PM Role on the project.
