Document Overview 
- View Project Accountant assignments by job, company and department 
- View project information, including jobsite address, job status and department   
 

NOTE: The report does NOT provide AP Workflow information. 
 

Sample Report Below. 
 

 

  1. Imaging 

  1. Job Accountants Report (a new window will appear) 

 

 

 

  1. All drop-down fields will auto-populate (Department(s), Account Name(s), Project(s), Job Status Code); filter if desired or leave as is 

  1. In the search field box, enter the desired search information, examples include:  

  1. Project number 

  1. Project name 

  1. Project address 

  1. Project Accountant name 

In this example, a search by the project number was performed. 

  1. Click Find 

 

  

 
To Download the Full Report: 

  1. Click the save icon and choose the desired report format (Excel will be used in this example) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Open and save the report
