Introduction

Overview of how to add a note, image, or other attachment to an existing RFI.

Steps

1. Navigate to the RFIs module in the springboard.

2. Select the RFI you would like to add a item to from the log, or by searching for it.

3. Tap on Add Note... at the bottom.

4. Enter the notes to be added, then tap the send icon to post.

5. Similarly, you can tap the attachment icon or photo icon to add a document or take and attach a photo.
