Performance - Manager Evaluation for Development Check-In (DCI) (For Manager)

STEP 1: Log in to Workday.
Note: If you are accessing this task from a Workday notification, proceed to STEP 3
STEP 2: Access your inbox and click on the [Manager Evaluation] task.
STEP 3: Review the instructional text and click the [Get Started] button.
STEP 4: Review the instructional text and the employee's responses. Click into the text boxes to respond with any comments/details to the Manager.
Note: Manager comments are required. If you do not have anything to add please write "No additional comments."
STEP 5: Click [Next] once you are ready to submit.
STEP 6: Review your responses and click [Submit].
Note: You can click on 'Employees Actions and Manager Support' in the blue side panel to navigate to the prior page if you need to revise your responses before submitting.
You have successfully completed the Manager Evaluation and the Development Check-In is saved to the Performance section of the worker profile for reference at any time.
