Problem: My job was just approved as a Job In Progress (JIP). However, I am not seeing the Z drive folders for the job yet. What do I need to do to get the Z drive folders set up for the job?
Solution: The Z drive folder setup is an automated process. Once the job is a JIP, a support ticket (like the example below) is automatically submitted to Tech Support. You do not need to reach out to anyone to set up the folders. Folder setup can take Tech Support several days to complete. If it has been a week, and you are still not seeing the job folders on the Z drive, please submit a support ticket to inquire as to the status of job folder setup.
