Video Conference Room Video works Audio does not

If you are in a BTech support conference room, and experiencing issues where you see the video, but are having audio issues, the first step troubleshooting should be to power down the Poly sound bar, and try again.

Power Cycle options:

Power down the whole power strip that the Poly Studio is connected to
Pull the plug on the Sound bar directly and plug back in
Unplug the power at the outlet or power strip

You will not damage the unit and this resolves most issues.
