How to Update your Off Rent Date

Note: When you originally ordered your tools, you added in the "Estimated Off Rent Date", but now it looks like you might need to keep these items longer so Update your Estimated Off Rent Date.

Here are some reasons this is important:

1. Rental Result forecasts your "Future Spend" (How much more it is going to cost you) by looking at your On Rent / Off Rent days. You can view this in Equipment List and your Project Inventory Report. Your PM is going to need to know this.

2. Your Yard Manager needs to know when to expect these tools to come back into the warehouse so they know when they can rent it back out to another yard.

STEP 1: Click Equipment List

STEP 2: Click on any item

STEP 3: Click Edit off rent date

STEP 4: Click one or Select All on a single contract

STEP 5: Click Edit Off Rent Date

STEP 6: Choose your new Off Rent Date

STEP 7: Click Confirm Request
