Use case: Use this task to create and assign a credit card for an employee
STEP 1:Log into Workday
STEP 2: Search for and select task "Create Credit Card"
STEP 3: Enter into the following fields:
a. Select the credit card type
b. If you have the last 4 digits of the card number, enter it here. Otherwise, enter the <card type name employee id> like the example in the above screenshot.
A minimum of 4 characters is required. The entry here must be unique. Note: do not enter the 16 digit card number here! It is required that we enter a value in this field but it will not be available in reports. If you get an error like the one below, it is because you've enter a number that has already been entered for another credit card:
c. Enter the name of the employee who is the cardholder
d. Enter the expiration date. If you don't have the expiration date, enter 12/31/9999. Note:It is required that we enter a value in this field but it will not be available in reports.
e. Click [OK.]
Please do not enter information in any other fields, as it will not be available in reports.
STEP 4: Click [Done]
The credit card has been created and assigned to the cardholder.
