Phase/Category Code Lookup

STEP 1: Click on Job Costing > Job > Assign Cost Codes

STEP 2: Enter in Job number and then Press Enter.  You may also find the job number in the drop down menu.

STEP 3: Under the Cost Code Detail section, you may scroll through all phase codes set up on the job.

STEP 4: Scroll to the right and you can find the column for which codes are active. 

STEP 5:  Click on Category Detail to see the category codes set up on that phase code.   Click Close to Exit.
