Merit – Compensation Review Process View Organization (Review As)

Audience: Compensation Administrator, HR Partner

 

This report allows participants to see exactly what the planners are seeing on their inbox task. Includes permissions to view/modify a planner’s grid based on security access.

 

In your task bar search for: Compensation Review Process View Organization



STEP 1: Select the current year merit compensation review process

STEP 2: Enter either the Planner or Top-Level Organization. Depending on the field you choose to enter, the other field will populate based on that selection.

STEP 3: Click OK






You are taken to the Org Summary Screen

Propose Compensation for My Organizations: displays only direct reports


View All Employees: Displays all employees in the hierarchy




The Search Employees button will take you to the SWIN Compensation Review Organization Search Report to review/group employees in various ways for comparison purposes.



Sub Orgs View




This page displays once the sub-orgs icon has been clicked on from the org summary screen. Continue to drill into sub orgs as needed.


 

Actions for sub orgs

View All Employees: Displays all employees in the hierarchy


Search Employees: utilize the SWIN Compensation Review Organization Search Report to review/group employees in various ways for comparison purposes.


Click on Return to Top Level anytime to return to the initial screen, otherwise review employee awards by selecting the pencil icon, magnifying glass or one of the options from the action button.





Note: The Org Summary page will vary for Division Managers who have Division Managers that report to them

 

Send Back and Complete on Behalf





If status is manually advanced or submitted for an organization, there will be a Send Back option. This allows you to send proposals one level back.





If status is Awaiting Action for an organization, there will be a Complete on Behalf option. Complete on Behalf allows you to move a planner’s proposal task one level above.

Propose/Modify/View Awards - Employee Awards page





Once you are in the planner’s grid, you can add awards on their behalf, modify & review awards they've entered:

 

STEP 1: Enter or modify awards in the editable fields

Note: use "Autofill" to populate the grid with a target award for each employee. Make updates where necessary.

Find this button underneath the "Review As" section, above the grid. 


STEP 2: Enter or modify any notes

STEP 3: Enter any comments you want reflected in the process – this will be visible by the planners and other support roles (optional)

STEP 4: Click on Continue to return to the Org Summary screen to review other organizations

 

Note: You will not have access to Submit on behalf of the planner
