Teams Tip - Give a File its Own Tab

In some cases, you may want to feature a file and give it its own tab. This is helpful for files that you want to feature or have several people edit.

STEP 1: Click the Files Tab

STEP 2: Click the three dots next to the file you want to have its own tab

STEP 3: Click Make this a tab

STEP 4: Your file now has its own tab.

STEP 5: Your team can click Edit to edit this file. 

NOTE: Any edits made to the file here will automatically save back to the file in the Files tab (they are connected).
