When an employee does not see a JIP job within time entry in Workday, the Resource Plan needs to be updated so that you can see the job and charge time to it. Your regional Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring the Resource Plan is updated. Please contact your Financial Manager directly so they can refresh it and get you access to the jobs you need to charge time to.
